All products shown on this website (changed from time to time) are available for delivery
All products are subject to availability, and in the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to exchange with a product of similar value and quality upon prior notice.
Some products on the Site are not available for same-day delivery, unless otherwise specified.

the prices
Prices shown on the website are valid up to 14 days from the date of ordering, but are subject to change during peak periods and seasonal availability.
Gift and product prices do not include delivery charges.
Orders and Payment
During the order process, you will be asked to provide us with your full personal data, including your physical address, intended recipient address data and any other data related to the payment method, and any transaction containing fake data or registered with an incorrect email will be canceled.
We accept payment via: credit cards
By clicking on the “Pay” button at the end of the order process, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein, which appear elsewhere on the Website.
Delivery of your order is subject to our acceptance of that order. We will send an email confirmation including your order data, and we will confirm the completion of your order through the email address you have provided us. We will have no obligation until such confirmation is issued by e-mail
Edit order
To modify orders, please communicate through your account through which the order was made, and through it you can change the delivery address, the text of the attached message and the date of arrival, and these modifications must be made at least two working days before the date specified for delivery. You should make sure to let us know as soon as possible, if the gift has already been made and sent, we will not be able to apply these modifications.
Cancelling order
In the event that the cancellation request is submitted 24 hours before the date of delivery of the gift and it has not been prepared, then the value of the order can be refunded.
If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours from the date of delivery of the gift, an administrative fee will be deducted from the
value of the request.
In the event that the cancellation request was made after the gift has been prepared, the value of the order cannot be refunded.
The value of the printed promotional gifts cannot be refunded because they are printed according to the customer’s request and are not ready
Cancellation and refund policy to the customer’s card
In the event of applying to cancel the application and return the value to the credit card (Refund), the amount will be returned within 14 days from the date of the cancellation process.
Special Requests
You can use the notes to write special orders, to provide us with more information about your order (time during which you want the order to be delivered, additional address information, additional phone number, failure to inform the receiver of the name of the sender). It is not possible to confirm the acceptance of these special requests in all cases, and if the special order cannot be executed, you are not entitled to claim a refund of the value of your order.
